📦 Proof of Delivery
For e-bike deliveries, a signature is no longer required. You can obtain proof of delivery details from FedEx by accessing the 'Obtain proof of delivery' link on the FedEx tracking page. Should you encounter any discrepancies in the proof of delivery information, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
🏠 Alternate Address for Delivery
If you need to ship your e-bike to a different address due to your unavailability to accept the delivery, ensure the alternate address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not feasible. You have to contact support@nakto.com for free address changes before your labels are created. If a shipping label is created, there will be no free address-changing service.
🕒 Potential Scanning Delays
Upon fulfillment of your order from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email with the generated shipping label is dispatched to you. Please note that the delivery date displayed on the FedEx/UPS/USPS website might not be accurate until the package is scanned into the first station.
📌 Hold Options
We cannot hold items for future shipments or ensure specific delivery dates or windows. If you won't be available at the estimated delivery time, consider the following options:
- Hold At Location: Check the 'Manage Delivery' option in your FedEx tracking number to select 'Hold at location' for your item(s) at the nearest FedEx Ground or partnering location for pickup.
- Vacation Hold: Arrange a 'vacation hold' with FedEx if you're away when the bike is shipped. This allows FedEx to hold the package at the closest facility for up to 14 days until your return.
