Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to track your shipment. In-stock items typically ship within two business days after an order is placed in the US, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is sorted and scanned through the first carrier station, your tracking information will be populated with a delivery date estimate.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that at this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to sender.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in the US for all bikes. Accessory orders* over $100 will be shipped free, while those under $100 will be charged a shipping fee of $19.
Assembly Instructions
While our bikes are shipped nearly fully assembled, there is some assembly required before you can ride NAKTO. You can find more information about assembly, as well as the owner's manual and assembly video, by clicking HERE. Assembly is also available through local bike shop partners for a fee. NAKTO offers to provide a max $50 reimbursement in the service cost generated with local service providers. Click HERE to learn about service options in your area.
