We ship from our warehouse at:

Shipping time
We operate from Monday to Friday, with our working hours being from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Pacific time.
Shipping Date
E-bikes that are in stock will typically ship out within 1-3 business days.
In-stock accessories and components will be shipped out in 7-10 business days.
Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Delivery time
In general, our e-bikes are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Company
We utilize the ground shipping services of FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping. The choice of carrier is based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping for all bikes within the continental United States.
For orders under $100, a $19 shipping fee will be applied.
Shipping area
We ship nationwide in the USA, EXCEPT in Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. For customers in Canada, please email us at support@nakto.com for more information. Please note that we do not ship to PO BOXES.
*As a reminder, the carrier will only attempt delivery once. To ensure successful delivery, you must provide a clear and accurate address, especially if you live in an APARTMENT COMPLEX. We've had several cases where packages were not received due to unclear apartment numbers. Please keep in mind that we are unable to request a second delivery attempt, and an incorrect or unclear address could result in a lost package. If you're concerned about the possibility of a lost package because of an ambiguous apartment address, please provide us with a more SOLID address to ensure successful delivery. *All of our products are shipped by FedEx, UPS and USPS. If you order more than 10 bikes, they will be shipped by truck. The truck company will call you once it arrives at your destination terminal to schedule delivery time and date with you. Please make sure that someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid daytime phone number for them to contact you. Also, be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
Pick up from the warehouse in Placentia CA
Should you prefer to pick up your order directly from our warehouse, please follow these steps:
- Place your order on our website at "nakto.com."
- Contact us via email at support@nakto.com to arrange a pickup date and time. Kindly note that this service covers pickup only and does not include assembly.
How to assemble NAKTO E-bikes
Our NAKTO Electric Bikes are shipped 95% assembled for your convenience. Upon receiving your bike, you will only need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars, and secure the pedals. This process is straightforward, and for assembly guidance, please refer to our YouTube Channel here!
*Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that during holiday or busy season, there might be a delay in shipping out your unit, we want to make sure that your unit is completely checked before it leaves our warehouse.
